Martha Dankenbring

Martha Dankenbring was hired in 1997 as the City Office Manager. The office manager handles/assists with the administrative and financial duties for the city. These include information management and technology, purchasing, appropriations, intergovernmental relations, risk management, financial management, accounting, human resources, accounts receivable & payable, utility billing and financial reporting.

Ms. Dankenbring is the appointed deputy clerk.  She serves as a member of the International Institute of Municipal Clerks, the Municipal Clerks of Illinois and the Northwestern Illinois Municipal Clerks Association. She has attained the State designation of Registered Municipal Clerk (RMC) as well as the International designations of Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) and Master Municipal Clerk (MMC).

Ms. Dankenbring is the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Officer for the city.

Ms. Dankenbring is a Deputy Registrar for LaSalle County which allows her to register people to vote.
