City Hall is the Administration Office for the City of Earlville as well as the City Clerk's Office. The City Council, Committee of the Whole, other committees and boards hold their meetings here. Building hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or as posted. There is a drop box on the front of the building and one located in the parking lot for delivering correspondence and bill payments after-hours.

The Street Department is responsible for the maintenance of over 10 miles of paved streets within the city limits. As a general rule street sweeping is done every other Thursday on curb and gutter streets. Please remember not to park on curb and gutter streets and in the downtown area when snowfall exceeds 2 inches. We appreciate everyone's cooperation in this as we strive to keep the streets clean and safe for all.

The Waste Water Department is responsible for the operation and maintenance of Earlville’s Wastewater Treatment Plant, over 9 miles of sanitary sewer lines, 3 lift stations and treatment of ~300,000 gallons of sewage a day. The current waste treatment plant was constructed in 2003.

The Water Department is responsible for monitoring Earlville’s 3 Public Water Supply Wells, 12 miles of distribution system water mains, 106 Fire Hydrants, while treating ~100,000 gallons of water a day for residential and commercial consumption. The water infrastructure dates back to the late 1800’s. The city currently has approximately 700 water services.
