Utilities
The City of Earlville Utility Bill covers garbage, water and sewer services. To apply for a City of Earlville utility account please fill out the Application for Utility Services below and submit with the required proof of ownership and security deposit.
Utility bills are always due on the 15th of the month. Payment must be received at City Hall by the 15th. You can pay your bill:
Making payments in person at City Hall:
**Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
**Cash, Check, Money Order, Debit or Credit Card (NOTE - Debit or Credit card transactions will have a convenience fee added, 2.35% or $1.00 minimum)
Making payments using Drop Boxes (on front of City Hall or off City Hall Parking Lot)

**Place payment in envelope, clearly indicate what the payment is for (include account number, street address where payment is to be applied, contact information etc. as necessary)
Utility Bills by Automatic Bank Draft – no additional fee
**Fill out the “Bank Draft Request for Utility Bill” form – available at City Hall or on the website (www.earlvilleil.org, Service tab, Utilities)
**Submit completed form with a voided check to City Hall
**Your utility bill payment will automatically be deducted from your bank account on the 15th of the month (bill due date). If the 15th falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday the payment will be deducted on the next business day after the weekend or holiday.
Utility Bills by E-Pay (electronic payment, convenience fee added and paid by user)

**Debit Card, Credit Card or e-check
**Click on the E-Pay icon on the home page of the City of Earlville website (www.earlvilleil.org) This will take you to the e-pay screen, follow the directions
**You will need to know the account number (if you are a renter-request account number from your landlord), street address and amount of the utility bill you are paying.
**NOTE – There is a convenience fee added for using this service (2.35% or $1.00 minimum). It is not charged by or collected by the City of Earlville.
