E-Pay Online Payments

You can pay for your Building Permit, Ordinance Violation, Security Deposit, Utility Bill and Vehicle Sticker online by clicking on the E-Pay image on the right.

Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or an electronic draft from your checking/savings account.

You will have a choice to make a "One-Time Payment" or "Login"

One-Time Payment: You will need to supply the information necessary for the type payment you are making and the amount of your payment. When you have entered all of the needed information you can proceed to checkout. At checkout you will choose your type of payment, enter the payment information and complete your transaction.

Login: Use this to create your own login and password to use in making payments. You will need enter the information requested. Your information will be saved and ready for you the next time you wish to make an online payment. NOTE: This is not an automatic monthly payment.

A service fee of 2.9% or a $1.00 minimum is charged with each credit card transaction and a $.50 service fee is charged for each e-check transaction. This fee is not charged or collected by the City of Earlville.
